• All orders are processed within 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Each item is made to order, so this time allows us to cut, sew, and finish your piece to perfection.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your UNKELEBOB piece, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how exchanges work:​

• We do not offer refunds.

• Exchanges are only available if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly made.

• You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Since each piece is made-to-order, we cannot exchange items for size preference unless there was an error on our part.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.

A Note on Made-to-Order

Customised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

Because each playsuit is custom made, we encourage you to check sizing and details carefully before placing your order. This helps us reduce waste and ensure your garment is made just right for you. Ensure all details (size, color, design) are correct when confirming your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any mistakes in your order details. This ensures we can correct it before production begins.
